Hi my name is Janiece, I am the Financial Coordinator. I assist the patients with any questions they may have in regards to their financials and I work the front desk. I have been with Simister and Leaver Orthodontics for 5 years. I absolutely love my job and enjoy the relationships we develop with our patients.
A little bit about me, I moved to Las Vegas when I was 15 years old with my family. I bought my first home when I was 25yrs old wahoo! I do not have any children yet, but I have 3 nieces/nephews who I truly love and adore. I also love spending my time with my boyfriend and his son, who make me very happy.

Treatment Coordinator
Hello, I am the treatment coordinator for our practice, and I am the first voice you hear on the phone when scheduling your initial consultation. I assist new patients during their first exam, and along with the doctor help answer any questions , or address any concerns that you may have regarding your treatment. I take great pride in giving our patients a pleasant first experience at our office. Our whole team strives to make each visit a positive and comfortable one for our patients. I have three beautiful children whom are the apple of my eye. Bryanna, Christian, and my little one Emma Sophia who keeps me on my toes every day of the week! (and even on weekends)

Insurance Coordinator
As the Insurance Coordinator, I send claims on our patients’ behalf, to their insurance companies to collect any available benefits. I follow up with the insurances’ to ensure they are paying on each case as treatment progresses. I have worked for Dr Simister since 2007. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, and I have three little boys.
